San Francisco Travel Association introducing SFMade products
San Francisco mayor Ed Lee gave a very good speech last night at opening ceremony of redesigned San Francisco Travel Association and introducing SFMade products and featuring three of our products. The interior renovation of the building was nicely designed by Gensler and Associates of San Francisco.

Machining and Testing a new Stainless Steel base
The new and improved Stainless Steel base is now made of two pairs of continuous Stainless Steel Rod instead of four individual pieces. They are more stable ,consistence bending radius with an accurate dimensions and are machined-bended by a programmed 3D CNC bending machine. Stay tuned for more photos of "un-scientific" 150lb load test.

It’s top frame is made of one piece of applePly, with a precise cut to it’s size and shape on a CNC machine, manual- bended stainless steel legs and orange resin connector on it’s center.
