Resin Molding Prototype
molding process:I’m using Silicone RTV (room temperature vulcanization) for molding the connector.
casting process:
after the Silicone cured (at room temperature) I poured a semi-elastic resin.
Here it is the first prototype of drip tray connector looks like after casting
